**Hubl Habit Winter Vitality Project**

**Cardio Sessions**

Hubl Habit cardio workouts are designed to elevate your heart rate, challenge your cardiovascular system, and strengthen your heart through intentional interval training.

Each session features **9 exercises** organized into **3 circuits**. You’ll work in **45-second intervals with 15 seconds of rest**, performing **each exercise twice in a row** before moving on.

At the end of each circuit, you’ll complete a quick **super-set finisher**—a burst of **15 seconds of work with 5 seconds of rest**, also repeated twice.

After all 3 circuits are complete, enjoy a **1-minute water break**, then repeat the entire sequence. Class concludes with a **guided cool down and short meditation** to set the tone for the rest of your day.


**Resistance Sessions**

All resistance days follow a structured format of **9 exercises** arranged into **3 circuits**, using **40 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest**.
Just like our cardio design, each movement is performed in **two consecutive sets** for optimal training effect.

The first two circuits focus on the session’s theme—**upper body, lower body, or full body**. The third circuit is dedicated to **core strength and stability**.

After all circuits are completed, you’ll take a **1-minute water break**, repeat the full sequence, and finish with a **cool down and 1-minute meditation**.



**Vital Sculpt**

Vital Sculpt is a unique fusion of **resistance training, heart-pumping cardio, and weighted mat Pilates**.
This hybrid format is designed to:

* Boost cardiovascular endurance
* Increase bone density
* Strengthen and stabilize the core
* Improve mobility and flexibility

It combines *three signature components* of the Hubl Habit training system for a balanced, sculpting, heart-healthy workout experience.


**Pilates Sessions**

Pilates days feature **15 exercises** arranged into **3 flowing circuits**, each performed for **60 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest**.
After all circuits are complete, you’ll enjoy a **1-minute water break**, then repeat the full sequence for improved precision, alignment, and muscular endurance.

Each session ends with a **1-minute meditation**, grounding your mind and restoring balance to your body.
