Hubl Habit Continuous Program:
Cardio Sessions:
Hubl Habit cardio workouts are sure to elevate your heart rate while conditioning your heart muscle into its optimal zone. There 9 exercises broken down into 3 circuits. The circuits are 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest, within each circuit the individual exercises are performed in 2 consecutive sets. Upon completion of one circuit there is a quick super-set to follow that consists of 15 seconds of work and 5 seconds of rest in the same pattern with 2 consecutive sets of each exercise. Once all 3 circuits are completed there is a 1 minute water break and then the entire exercise sequence is repeated, followed by a cool down and a quick meditation to get you into the right mindset to conquer the rest of your day.
Resistance Sessions:
All resistance days in the continuous program are 9 exercises broken down into 3 circuits. Each exercise is 40 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. Similar to the cardio sessions, each exercise is preformed in 2 consecutive sets. In the resistance program the first 2 circuits will focus on the either upper, lower or full body depending on the day and area of focus. The third circuit will primarily focus on abs. After finishing all three circuits there is a 1 minute water break and the entire exercise sequence is repeated followed by a quick cool down and a 1 minute meditation.
Pilates Sessions:
Pilates sessions in the continuous program involve 15 exercise broken down into 3 circuits. Each exercise is 60 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. Once all 3 circuits are completed there is a 1 minute water break and the entire sequence is repeated. This session also ends with a 1 minute meditation.
