Hubl Habit Beginner Program Phase: I

CARDIO WORKOUTS
These sessions introduce you to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a beginner-friendly format—designed to elevate your heart rate, improve circulation, and build cardiovascular endurance.

✔️ 3 circuits
✔️ 2 consecutive sets per exercise
⏱️ 30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest
2 full laps through the sequence

RESISTANCE TRAINING WORKOUTS
Improve strength, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism with simple, effective resistance training. These workouts follow the same interval structure as the cardio sessions:

✔️ 3 circuits
✔️ First 6 exercises focus on strength (upper, lower, and full body)
✔️ Final 3 exercises target the core
